That's one way to promote a new perfume! Nicole Richie sniffs shirtless hunks on The Ellen Show

It was certainly an unusual way to promote her new signature perfume, but Nicole Richie was more than happy to take part in Ellen DeGeneres' 'sniff a hunk' section on the Thursday edition of her talk show.
The 31-year-old socialite giggles as she smells the neck and chests of the four hunks in a bid to identify different fragrances, including her own new scent.
'Is that Vaseline?' Nicole asks after having a whiff of the first hunk's chest. 'Neosporin? It's like medicine. It's a medicine.'

The mother-of-two failed to identify diaper cream, but has better luck with the next hunk.
'It's scotch,' she declares after the model tells her: 'You know that smell. '

 

The third muscly model had a more potent fragrance.
'Oh you shaved thank you,' Nicole tells him, before declaring, 'My favourite smell, Vicks.'

Stumbling upon the last lucky gentleman, with a sniff she recognises her own fragrance, Nicole by Nicole Richie.
'Heaven. Perfection,' she says, continuously sniffing the model.
Ellen joins in and the pair circle around him as the TV audiences bursts out in laughter.
The former reality star also revealed she recently added to her family - after husband Joel Madden brought home a puppy.

'He’s a great dog. I've only had him about a week but he's so sweet. He's really Joel's dog,' she said.
'I actually told Joel, I don't want to pick up after any thing ever again.
'I've got my kids so I'm going to let you do that. It's his dog but I like to you know, snuggle. I like to hug him and kiss him,' Nicole mused.
The couple, who will celebrate their two-year wedding anniversary on December 11, have two children: four-year-old daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden and three-year-old son Sparrow James Midnight Madden.
