Good Charlotte twins Joel and Benji Madden are known to be the closest of brothers.
And Benji made sure to look after his sister-in-law on Monday morning by giving Nicole Richie a lift to work.
The pair were seen giving each other a warm hug as the 31-year-old designer headed to a day of filming for her TV show Fashion Star in Hollywood.

Standing in the car park, the pals embraced before Nicole headed inside the television studio.
After driving the former reality star to work, Benji headed off to get on with his own day of work.
Nicole was dressed casually before going into hair and make-up, wearing a pair of black jeans, a sleeveless vest and some Converse shoes.

Meanwhile, Benji was in his usual get-up, consisting of baggy trousers, a T-shirt featuring an army print and a charcoal shirt.
The tattooed rocker wore a cap on his head and some black Ray-Bans shielding his eyes.
Nicole is married to Benji's twin brother Joel.
The couple share two children together; four-year-old daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden and three-year-old son Sparrow James Midnight Madden.
Nicole named her fashion range House of Harlow after her daughter.

The stunning brunette has come a long way from her hell-raising reality show days.
As well as her fashion line, she has written a semi-autobiographical novel, The Truth About Diamonds and launched her own perfume.
Most recently she has been promoting her scent Nicole By Nicole Richie.
