Tour: Carly is promoting her new album in Japan, but will rejoin Justin Bieber on his Believe tour on November 9 in East Rutherford, New Jersey

Last weekend, she also revealed that she's been writing new songs for a new album as well and that's music to the ears of her followers.
On Saturday, Carly wrote: 'Locked myself in the hotel room for a day of writing. Got me an idea.'
Carly is taking a short break as pal and mentor Justin Bieber's opening act for his Believe tour, but will rejoin him on November 9 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
