Abbey Crouch beats the heat in a pair of denim shorts as little Sophia keeps her cool in a nappy

With the temperatures soaring up and down the country, people have been reaching for their summer clothes.
And as she popped out for a spot of pampering today, it appears both Abbey Crouch and her daughter Sophia were both feeling the heat today.
While the model showed off her toned legs in a pair of denim shorts, her 17-month-old daughter was just wearing a nappy and T-shirt.

The WAG, wife of Stoke City striker Peter Crouch, brought the toddler to the Samantha Mitchell Beauty Salon to get her nails done.
The Scouse blonde, who stands tall at 5ft 9in, was wearing the same denim shorts as she had been pictured in yesterday as she lunched with her mother Karen.
Abbey has been a tiny size 6 since bouncing back into shape within a few weeks of their daughter Sophia's birth in March 2011.
The model insisted she didn't gain much weight during the pregnancy and the stress of planning their wedding - which took place when Sophia was a few months old.

She said last year: 'I put 2st on when I was pregnant, but I was all bump and a big fat face. My mum told me it would drop off when I had Sophia, and it did.
'Each day I noticed my weight going down. I did legs, bums and tums on a Sky fitness channel, and I do a lot of horse riding. And then I had the stress of my wedding in July and most brides find that they lose a few pounds with worry.'
The couple have been enjoying a longer summer together than some other high-profile footballer-WAG pairings after Crouch failed to be selected for the England squad during the Euro 2012 campaign.

Some critics believe Peter's £10million move from Tottenham Hotspurs to the less high-profile Stoke City last year contributed to his snub by manager Roy Hodgson.
Meanwhile, there has been something to celebrate for Peter after he landed his own chat show.
He will film a pilot of a Sky show named On The Couch With Peter Crouch, scheduled for broadcast later this year.
If he needs any advice, he can always turn to his wife, who has hosted Great British Hairdresser last year and presents fashion segments on This Morning.
